Orange Electronic announces today the issuance of US Patent #8,031,064 which makes proprietary the OE ID cloning capability of Orange sensors. With identification rewriteable tire pressure detectors and tools, Orange sensors are able to be programmed with stored OE identification numbers by both Orange’s T30 and ATEQ’s VT55 TPMS tools. This capability allows tire shops to bypass the cumbersome OE relearn procedures, OBD II connections, and triggering procedures normally required by TPMS installations.
