TPMS tool manufacturer ATEQ and Orange Electronic have partnered in making Orange’s patented sensor ID clone technology available on ATEQ’s VT55 tool. A full- functioning TPMS tool, the VT55 can read OE sensor battery life, pressure and temperature levels, and sensor OE ID number from inside the tire as well as connect to a vehicle’s ECU via OBD connection.
Follow the procedures below to update VT55 software to include ID programming onto Orange sensors:
- Install WebVT ATEQ’s software updater for tools
- Download ID-Write Update to enable Orange ID cloning
- Connect VT55 to computer via USB
- WebVT Automatically Launched will check VT55 software version
